Laguna Iquitos

New Venues

In the heart of Peru surrounded by the Amazonian rainforest lies Lagunas Iquitos. This remote lake is home to two new species of fish - the peacock bass and giant wolf fish. Alongside the two new species you will also find monster arapaima, redtail catfish and black pacu.

Mastery

Fishing Sim World: Pro Tour mastery system enables you to unlock unique, cool rewards by completing different challenges on each lake. Complete a tier of challenges and you will receive an in-game clothing reward and unlock the next tier, there are three tiers of challenge which get progressively harder but the rewards get greater!

In addition to the mastery system in the game, we have also created a stats page for your profile that will show how many fish you have caught, what your favourite venue is, what your favourite equipment is and much more. With these stats you can see how you are performing and which species or venue you want to be targeting in future sessions.

Every month our players compete across four series in Dovetail Fishing League events to become the Angler of the Month. Do you have what it takes to be the best? Start taking part and find out!
