Get up close and personal with some of the locomotives coming to Train Sim World 2 and enjoy the high level of detail we have delved into, giving you the most realistic railway simulation experience possible. Details such as the controls of the 1972 Stock, as you can see from the image above, the cab you will call home has been carefully reproduced, right down to the fabric of the seat you sit on.

Aditional attention has been given to some of the more hidden areas of each locomotive or unit, the Scharfenberg coupler you can see above, which is attached to the front of the DB BR 406 ICE 3M has been beautifully recreated and weathered to give it a truly authentic look.

Sand patch Grade is home to some of the Worlds largest diesel locomotives. Why not have a Look “under the hood” at what powers these behemoths. As you can see from this image of a GP38-2 we have really gone into the fine details of engine, dials and warning signs.

The DB BR 442 Talent 2 often work in tandem, so you may see details such as the image above from time to time when you are preparing you train for the days commute. In much the same way as the GP38-2 and DB BR 406 ICE 3M the detail on the couplers and warning signs is superb.

The DB BR 406 ICE 3M requires an immense amount of power to reach such high speeds, it draws this power from the delicate pantographs pictured above. As you can see the top of the unit has had as much detail added as some of the more visible areas have.

The detail included in Train Sim World 2 also extends to the stock and surrounding terrain. As you can see from the picture above of Sand Patch Grade, this highly detailed knuckle coupler on both locomotive and car show just how much care has gone into designing both.
