Game Update 20th June

Today we’re bringing you the next Preservation Crew update to Train Sim World 2, as well as some other goodies.
As well as the ‘Large’ Great Western Express, ‘Medium’ Northern Trans-Pennine, and ‘Small’ West Somerset Railway Preservation Crew releases, we’ve also added our first batch of Livery Designer logo decals, an improvement to derailing (specifically for Spirit of Steam, but also effective across other routes too), BR 182 fixes, and some new vending machines on some stations’ platforms (of which there will be more information soon!)

Preservation Crew update for Great Western Express, including:
  • New PIS system
  • Sky and lighting improvements
  • 2 new cement train services
  • Platform climb-up
  • Improved Class 166 physics and audio
  • RailDriver functionality
  • Rush Hour Passengers
  • Various tweaks and bug fixes based on player feedback
Preservation Crew update for Northern Trans-Pennine, including:
  • New PIS system
  • Working level crossings
  • Sky and lighting improvements
  • Platform climb-up
  • Class 47 Livery Designer compatibility
  • Various tweaks and bug fixes based on player feedback
Preservation Crew update for West Somerset Railway, including:
  • Rush Hour Passengers
  • New Mastery Decals
New Livery Designer logo decals (full list in batch 1 available on the link above)
  • Derailment improvements – primarily focused around Spirit of Steam, but with improvements on other routes, too
  • Improvements to DB BR 182 doors and lights, based on feedback from Rapid Transit update on May 30th
  • Added Pringles dynamic advertising and vending machines to Bakerloo Line, Sand Patch Grade, and Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen (only available on PC and Xbox)
