The August fishing leagues are over - a big thank you to everyone that took part and winners will be announced very soon but here are the details for week one of the September league in The Catch: Carp & Coarse:

Hunter Series

This week's Hunter Series takes place on the sunny River Ebro. The weather conditions are forecast to be variable which is worth taking into account when the target species in this tournament is the Channel Catfish.

Carp Series

This week's Carp Series takes place on Jezioro Bestii. September is a time when real big carp can be caught so we're expecting some bumper results especially as Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Leather Carp, Koi Carp and Ghost Carp all count!

Coarse Series

This week's Coarse Series is found on Oxlease which despite being a famous carp venue, also contains some great specimen sized coarse fish. You need to try to catch Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Ghost Carp, Perch, Roach, Rudd, Tench, Pike or Chub!

Predator Series

The Predator Series event takes place on Loch Mickle. Such a big venue means that location is key and the fish that you are targetting are Pike, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Arctic Char, Atlantic Salmon, Ferox Trout and Eel.
