Although work is still being done on the water, we wanted to share a sneak peek at the ongoing pre-alpha work on Toledo Bend. Toledo Bend is a reservoir on the Sabine River straddling Texas and Louisiana, Toledo Bend is the largest man-made body of water in Southern USA. Bassmaster® Fishing 2022’s section of Toledo Bend will be mostly in the Louisiana portion.

In Bassmaster® Fishing 2022, the art team are using high resolution textures, meaning that rock faces and other textures around the venue will look better than ever so you can fully immerse yourself when you’re out on the water.

The spawn point of the venue will be next to the famous Cypress Bend Park, from which you'll be able to see the stunning scenery that emulate real-life points of interest across the park. As you explore the rest of Toledo Bend, you'll uncover boat houses around the bank sides and foliage that is accurate to the area. Shorelines will be covered in tall Pines, Oak trees and more, and under the water, the foliage is just as diverse as the shoreline.

Toledo Bend will also feature brush piles, shallow shorelines, cascading trees, debris build up and much more. When you jump into Bassmaster® Fishing 2022 and launch Toledo Bend, you’ll have lots of fish to target, including:
